Suitable for everyone from first-time ultrarunners to advanced endurance athletes, this training plan comes with 'settings' for 50k, 50-mile and 100-mile ultramarathons. The ULTRA/RUNNER program makes your running, strength and mobility training easy with simple step-by-step instructions and coaching videos designed to make this powerful training plan incredibly simple to follow. 

Whether you want to make the podium in a big race, or simply want to test yourself in your own private ultramarathon, this training plan will not fail you.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: all levels from beginner to Olympic medalist.
FOCUS: full running, strength & mobility plan for 50k, 50-mile and 100-mile ultramarathon races and personal run tests.
SCHEDULE: 5 days/week (one double day)
